POSSIBLE ****?

I ordered products from them on 21 July 2015 which was paid for but not yet received. As a result my wife cannot start the trail period but they nevertheless charged me for another batch and which I would surely also not receive. Their website also does not allow one to cancel membership as it does not accept the inputs! I inquired twice, once via email and once via livechat with regards to delivery and the transactions to no avail!!<br> I really think other consumers should be made aware of these practices.<br> The SA contact number +*** also does not get answered.
