Payment deducted before receive products

I also ordered the 2 products on promotion. After more than a month later I also did not receive my products and suddenly a big amount of money was deducted for the products. I phoned the SA branch and explained that its been more than a month since the order, I have no products and the amount deducted was outradges. I asked them who gave them permission to do this because I ordered product on promotion and will never buy face cream for over R2000 per product.. I told them to cancell this and refund me.. <br> Needless to say they said the same thing about the 17 day cancellation, I told them that I did not know this . I was told that there is nothing they can do and will not refund... <br> <br> I will never order anything this way again.. Its not like I can afford to pay that amount for this....<br> I have the origanal email received from them and they don't say anything about the 17 day cancelation, and say that delivery will be within 7 working day's of order received.<br> Mandy.
