On the 7th July 2015 I have ordered the FREE samples of Restora Lumina and Essential Cleanse on the website. The total amount for Shipping was $6.79. On the 25 July 2015 at 21h15 [URL Removed] took out of my bank account an amount of R1155.28 without my concent. I reported this at FNB ***** line and my card was immediately cancelled. FNB is also currently look into this matter and try to get my money back. Eventually when I got through to their support centre, the lady keep on telling me \they have terms and conditions". She also told me my order has NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED. I immediately cancelled everything and also received a cancellation e-mail from them. This company don't want to pay back the amount of R1155.28 because they have \""terms and conditions\"""""
