I ordered the Restora Lumina face cream on promotion in September 2015 and received my delivery.<br> <br> I have just found out that this company has been deducting R1500 from my account every month since then! <br> <br> Apparently, they continue to do this unless you specifically cancel your order and claim that I signed up for \membership\". Absolute *******!<br> <br> Emailing their customer support has no effect whatsoever - they reply with a standard template directing me to a web page to contact customer support. I've been going around in circles with them.<br> <br> I never subscribed to any membership and they have now ****** over R10 000 from me.<br> <br> Hopefully my bank can assist me because this company has conducted their business *******ly and I'm sure they are ******** other people too.<br> <br> Don't ever buy this product!
