Terrible Service - Will never use you!

Worst customer service ever!! I used to receive your mailers on a regular basis and kept it for future use. I'm in need of a specific oven for our bakery (which is out of stock everywhere) and tried you guys for the first time.

David you were rude and impatient from the get go. The line was very soft but you were irritated because I said the way you treat clients is not acceptable. And if I had a choice I wouldn't use you because of the manner you handled my enquiry. Then you went to so far to even said that in that's case get your stuff elsewhere and put the phone down in my ear! Are you serious?? Should you not perhaps have listened to what my issues were using your website for the first time instead of getting impatient with me?

Business are scarce and yes maybe I'm not doing a complete bakery, but I was about to spend R37K with you. The way you handled my enquiry and your FIRST time client you can be ASSURED that I won't EVER be using you in the future - even if it's my last resort (like now). You are not deserving of the business coming from a small business owner myself.

Gobsmacked that you actually put the phone down in my ear when I asked you if you are the manager and can I speak to one. I'm sure you are only an employee because if your owner is treating clients this way he would certainly be out of business - that's for sure!

And worst part is - ALL reviews on HelloPeter is about your poor service. Would think management would attend to this.
