Terrible beds

My husband and i have bought a rest assured bed from sleep king Phoenix we bought like 5 years ago but on the 3rd year the bed started to sink both sides of the bed and the middle high the springs are coming out of the bed we went to sleep king the advised us that they will come see the bed and take it to the factory but they not sure if it can get fixed if it can we need to pay half.The bed is terrible never will advise anyone to buy rest assured beds.
