Second replacement faulty

Mattress - spring popped outside of side. Dangerous caught on my clothes tore my pajamas.<br> Base squeaks.<br> Requested refund, not given only offered replacement. The replacement base same problem. This is 3 out of 3 products faulty from Rest Assured.<br> Have no faith in their products, will not by again. Buyer beware - poor service, they never return calls yet promise every time to call back.<br> Logged mattress repair and i never get call back. I have to keep calling them. <br>
