Saggy Mattress

According to sales persons at Bed and Couch, a Rest Assured mattress is supposed to be able to take any weight.<br> We have asked about the weight support specifically and we were assured that the Rest Assured Mattress will be able to support any amount of weight and is not limited to a certain weight.<br> <br> However, after only a few months, the Rest Assured Mattress we bought from Bed and Couch started sagging. We went back to Bed and Couch repoeting the probelm and they nformed Rest Assured (Cloud Nine).<br> We received a call from Mark (from their service department) to come and take a look at the mattress. We specifically asked Mark to call us when he is comming (to show him the problem) but he pitched without notification. Someone else was home but could not show him the problem as they do not use the mattress/bed. He measured the bed, for what reason we don't know and he did not inform us of anything afterwards.<br> <br> A month later we received a letter in the mail stating that Rest Assured could not find any visible defect.<br> <br> This is not true becuase the sagging can be felt and SEEN and our rest at night is not assured, it is uncomfortable.<br> <br> We trust that you will treat this with urgency.
