I’m SHOCKED! Our mattress has gone lumpy and soft after less than 3 years. It was a high priced king mattress! I spoke to the most marvellous man from Matttess warehouse who said an inspector would come round.

Said inspector: Daniel! Has SHOCKING time management. Calls on day whilst I’m at work to say he’ll be there in the afternoon. Calls fifteen minutes later to say he’s at the gate (5 hours early!!!). I’m at work. Said it was now or never. Had to get the domestic worker to try let him in and help him. Then says Matttess has spilt tea on and then can’t claim warranty? Are you ****ing joking. If he’d shown up when he was scheduled to- I could’ve supervised and made sure it was clean. Spoke to Lucille from their department who was even more useless than Daniel. Outrageous.
