Rest assured... They won't deal with your complaints

I have reported my king size extra length mattress numerous times and the last years, filled in forms that was required from their offices and up to date absolutely no response. I have purchased over 58 mattresses from them for my guesthouses and now they just ignore me. If you want good advise... Stay away... I expect an immediate response from them to rectify!!!
