Rest assured terrible bed n base

Bought the rest assured Swansea bed in 2018.terrible mattress and pathetic base. It says no sagging at the sides but yet one side is sagging. The reps came in to see, but said the warranty was void cos of a stain,what ****? Not asking them to clean my mattress but rather fix the damn thing. Base was so weak it broke after few months.
