Rest Assured Mattress is the worse

Worse experience of my life. Bought a rest assured Ruby mattress from Mattress warehouse. The mattress was faulty, I was given a replacement but it had the same fault. The springs would make a creaking sound even days after purchase. They recommended that I upgrade to a different model. I had some questions and emailed them. I received no response for months. Then eventually phoned in and spoke to the sales consultant, which in my opinion was the worse sales consultant I have come across. She didn't reply to emails timeously, promised to give feedback and didn't. then they send me another quote for the upgrade and it was now 1200 more than the original quote because of the depreciation value of my mattress and the increase in price of the mattress they were recommending I upgrade to. NEVER BUY A REST ASSURED MATTRESS, its terrible product and after sales service is shocking. Now I'm R2100 out of pocket and still going to be stuck with a terrible product
