Please do not fall for Rest assured, Cloud nine, Simmons and restonic

I bought a Rest Assured 2years ago. After a year I exchanged it because of sagging. The second matress also sagged and now after another year the company refuse to give me a refund. The story that all the salesmen tells you about the memoryfoam, the so called gel, dust mite ect. Is *******. I made a study of the matresses and what they dont tell you is that the warehouse where they got their materials from overseas has burned down and they took what was not damaged. The 25year guarentee means nothing because the company does not comply with the needs as promised in the guarentee. There is latex in some of the matresses which is extremely flamable. I could have bought a cheap foam matress and now I have a R7000 matress which I can not sleep on because of the sagging. I started having back and hip problems. Stay away people. You only have one body. Look after it with care. We bought a medi spine matress and I can only say, it feels like sleeping on a cloud. No health problems. The medi spine is available at Hirshs and Lewis, part of Vivo company. The director of Rest assured has a stinking attitude.
