Double bed sagging in both sleeping areas after only 3 weeks use.

I bought a Rest Assured Weightmaster and noticed the depression pattern after the first week. Turned the mattress after week 2 and both indentations had returned after a week. After 4 weeks of bad sleep I reported this to the shop I had bought it from, they advise a service call had to be booked and did the necessary. Five days later after numerous calls they pitched did a comprehensive set of tests and measurements and advised the factory would notify me if it was out of spec and needed repair.

After nearly a week the tester called me to advise it was out of spec and the factory would call to collect and repair in the new year when they have opened. Any manufacturer who is proud of his product would have replaced it immediately. I have no confidence in this brand and would advise anyone replacing a mattress not to buy Rest Assured.
