dismal service

<p>i bought a mattress from essops about three years ago unfortunately i misplaced the slip ..i have the same problem as one of the previous complainant the spring shot out from the side i have called them on numerous occations and was told to get a slip from essops .essops dont have the slip either .i was than told to email the lot no which i did with no response from them ...</p> <p>couple of things to worry about</p> <p>surely they must be having a manufacture date and if they so worried about slips then surely they should serialize the mattress so that a tracking can be done .</p> <p>the spring shooting out like that is very dangarous it could result in a injury</p> <p>lastly where the hack do i sleep in the meantime while they "doing there best to sort out the problem between them and essops"</p> <p> </p>
