Disappointed in service

<p>i bought a rest assured mattress king size extra length on the 19/12/16. Mattress is not holding shape , making noises. Called the representative he will inspect only in two weeks time! Body pains and my wife gave birth she is not happy as we have to wait for another two weeks for inspection, i would expect a big brand to assist immediately! Highly disappointed </p>
