Bad Service from Rest Assured!!

What a terrible experience! <br> After lodging a complaint about our bed set, eventually one of their people came out to have a look. He said that they would replace the base, even though the mattress was clearly also a problem. He said we would then see what happens after that, but he is convinced that it is the base that is causing the problem and that all should be fine after replacing the base. <br> So after receiving the new base, i called back after about a week saying that it had not made any difference. At this point they advised me that due to my mattress being dirty, they would not be replacing it. They could offer me one at a special price though.<br> I eventually received the quote and was not happy with it, I contacted my attorneys but had no joy.<br> I have been trying to contact Rest Assured ever since to find out what is the best price they can offer me on the mattress, but they never get back to me!<br> So unhappy!!
