Bad service

bought a new mattress last year and by June i phoned them to say im not happy with the mattress because its finished and hurting my back,they sent someone out to look at it only to say there is nothing wrong.

want them to sleep on the mattress see what they will say then, quick to take your money but if it comes to guarantee the just ignore it.
