Bad Product and Service from Mattress World and Rest Assured

Hi Everyone, this is a warning to avoid Rest Assured, Cloud Nine, Strand Mattress, and Matrix when looking for a new mattress for a bed. The first mattress we purchased was a King Rest Assured in April 2022. This coil mattress basically collapsed in a few months with sagging - this after turning mattress every month as advised. (our body weights are only 79kg and 95kg, wife and myself so within specifications). We then had to pay in R2800 to "upgrade" to Bellisimo in September 2022. To our disgust within 3 months once again this mattress sagged just like the other. The company Strand Mattress cam out and measured and the guy testing the bed admitted the faults after taking details and measuring the "sag". This company came back to me and said that I could upgrade again for R5573. I contacted them back and said no as all I am doing is paying out money and "twice bitten thrice shy" as they say. This is the sales ladies response to my query to replace for free - "I am sorry to hear you are dis-satisfied. Thank You" That was it over and done. Please beware as this seems like a **** and with inferior products backed up by apathy and a typical no care attitude. This is unacceptable. Also stay away from Mattress World as they push these brands.
