BAD product and even WORSE client service

So I bought a "NO TURN" bed from The Matress Warehouse in Feb. I startwd sleeping on it in May/June seeining I slept in the baby room since July 2019. Im short and my husband tall and 6 months in. Sleeping on it for 3 or 4 months there is a very clear dent where I sleep. If I dont sleep on the same spot every night I sleep with my head down and legs up and visa versa. Very uncomfortable! So I logged a complaint with The Matress Warehouse who referred it to the supplier. They then sent Calvin to come and inspect the bed. NOW according to them there is no factory fault and is within the specs. According to who? Calvin? We are the ones sleeping on a bed that makes dents so soon and what will it look like by Feb next year? They sugest we rotate it? So my husband can be even more uncomfortable and me too? When we were looking at beds my mom said Rest Assured and now Im so angry, fruatrated with this bed if I can even call it that!
