Noise, Screaming, Drunkards, Violence, Disruption - "No Rest" Assured

The most terrible, frightening & exhausting night ever. The c.5 people (a mixed bunch of men and women, and apparently a company booking) continually in and out of the neighbouring room were drunk and disorderly, partially naked, argueing, screaming, fighting swaring, verbally threatening, slamming doors, crying etc till well after 1am. We reported this to staff earlier in the night and although they asked them to behave appropriately and had security on site, they did not handle the situation. The madness continued. I suggested to the staff to bring in security and call the police. Guests were kept awake, mentally disturbed with the violent threats and abuse, and frightened for their lives. The following morning bleary-eyed guests were heard saying they will not be back even though they had further nights booked. Unfortunately since their building expansion and in order to fill rooms, theyve taken in labourers and contractors. The security systems that were in place have been overridden, like the automated driveway gate being overridden and kept open, and the front door remained open and in use for the better part of the night. This morning the owners have expressed that they will rather have us find somewhere else to stay than request that these trashy trouble makers (and regular company booking) leave. And this even though we book in most months for a string of nights. Today instead of doing the business I'm here for, I am dog tired and non productive.
