Refund
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Resolv SA. I was promised a refund of R150 within 72 hours, but the timeframe has long passed and I have received no refund and no response to my emails. I have made several attempts to follow up, yet my messages are being ignored. This is unacceptable customer service and I request that Resolv SA urgently processes my full refund of R150 and provides proof of payment immediately. If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will escalate the issue to the National Consumer Commission and pursue all available consumer protection channels. I hope this can be resolved quickly and professionally.
