Terrible Service

With a leaking dishwater after a water cut i called Resolve Repairs as they state on their website "we give you a 6 month guarantee on workmanship" Eddie professed to have fixed the dishwasher. Two days later our kitchen was once again flooded with water from said Dishwasher. As we hadn't paid yet, he came out and "fixed" it. Fixed it meant stick some putty over the crack that he said was causing the leak. I trusted his opinion that it would work this time. We paid him for the service. A week later, same issue, flooded kitchen. I called Eddie and asked him to come back and fix the problem. He said he would need to order a replacement part. After numerous calls over three weeks to which every time he said he would come the next day and didn't arrive each time, to then blatantly ignoring my calls as he would answer when i called from another number to pretending to not hear me when he answered the phone and realized it was me. Resolve repairs are completely unprofessional and their so called 6 month guarantee is a complete lie.
