Loan paid off a year ago but still reflects as outstanding on the credit bureau

I paid off resklute finance last year but there is still a record on credit bureau that showa them that i owe them just over R1k.. I have sent numerous emails to this company requesting them to update the information on credit bureau and no one responds. I am have really lost all hope of ever getting a response from them..
