highly unprofessional conduct

A subcontractor from Resin Pools (Silverlakes) was sent to inspect my jacuzzi. He demanded payment for a consultation"" fee when his attempts to get a call out fee failed (the silverlakes branch owner Vivian Elizabeth admitted oversight on her part in not informing me of such a call out fee). On inspection Mr Wonderboy broke a part of the pipe which he refused to replace and was very threatening and demanding is consultation fee. Ms Vivian then undertook to replace the broken pipe without cost. The subcontractor (Mr Wonderboy from ""why not pools"") returned to replaced the pipe after a few days. However on this visit he used my material without permission, harassed me for the "consultation fee"(which by the way the company claims to render free consultation and advice), cursed me saying my family will be electrocuted in that jacuzzi, raised his voice in a threatening and unprofessional manner, drove off on my lawn and left oil spills (despite me cautioning him on these). My complaint escalation to the CEO Mr Joe Da Silva was unresolved. My complaint to Ms Vivian Elizabeth was also not resolved.
