Theft at Mafikeng Mall

The battery of my vehicle was ****** yesterday (17-09-2019) at Mafikeng Mall and I opened a case. Today the police officer was denied access to view cctv footage, because of "security reasons"!!! Now the perpetrators may never be found because the police could not do their job!!!
