Earth Zone Properties' Neglectful Attitude Towards Security Concerns and ignoring reported car theft and security negligence

As a resident of one of the complexex of Earth Zone Properties, I feel compelled to share my recent experience, which has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the safety and management of this residential office. Despite the allure of its amenities and location, the blatant disregard for residents' security and well-being is alarming.

Recently, our car was ****** from inside the complex, and what's more concerning is that there was no forced entry. Despite reporting the theft promptly to Earth Zone Properties, their response—or lack thereof—has been shockingly negligent.

Not only did they fail to take immediate action, but they also displayed a dismissive attitude towards the matter. Despite providing crucial information about suspicious activity involving foreign tenants from another unit, who inexplicably park their cars randomly within the complex and sick outside our windows in early hours of the morning, Earth Zone Properties has remained indifferent.

Phone calls are either ignored or met with condescending responses, leaving us feeling unheard and unsafe.

What's even more concerning is their unwillingness to interrogate the security company responsible for monitoring the premises. Despite clear evidence, including video footage showing the security company manually opening for our car with the ***** inside while he said he knows everyone is disgusting.
