Horrible experience on Residence on sea view

I booked the house January 2020 from the 04th with my family the website pictures are deceiving, the place is rotten without any maintenance, no TV at the lounge, aircons not working, kitchen equipment missing making it difficult to cook, pool is dirty had to buy cleaning materials ourselves, house not safe there is no boundary fence. Horrible experience I won't recommend anyone to experience such.
