The Residence Spa provides ********** service if at all

My sisters and i went to the Residence Spa on 23 Oct. We were met the most ********** service. We were left unattended for 45 min; when we eventually went for our treatments the ladies seemed uninterested and behaved as if they were doing us a favour; we were repetitively burnt with hot stones, we had no eye masks and as a result had very awkward sessions When i called to complain the following week i was given the run around and have to date not been given an explanation, been reimbursed or an apology
