Pay my refund

Poor service received. They don't want to pay my refund after settling my account with them and they even asked that I send them my payslip that shows deduction of the funds then they told me to wait until month end and today when I follow up I am told to wait again yet they have all the proof of my settlement and the salary payslip deduction.

Shocking 118% borrowing cost

I am writing this review to publicly expose the shocking and exploitative financial structure of my loan and the hidden costs of the "reset" mechanism. The breakdown of my loan numbers reveals extreme costs: Amount Received (Principal): R196,355.00Total Amount Scheduled to Repay: R428,095.15Total Cost of Borrowing (Interest & Fees): R231,740.15Upfront "Reset" Fee: R6,389.48This means the total interest and borrowing fees amount to 118.02% of the money I actually received (increasing to 121.28% when adding the R6,389.48 reset fee). I am being forced to pay back more than double what I borrowed. Charging a vulnerable consumer 118% in total borrowing costs and attaching a massive administrative fee to "reset" the loan is completely unacceptable. I demand that this company contacts me immediately to review these calculations, explain the exact legal basis for the R6,389.48 for 6 years under the National Credit Act, and provide an accurate statement of my annual interest rate. If this is not resolved transparently, I will escalate this matter directly to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the Credit Ombud.

Refund delay

Good day, I am writing to express my frustration regarding my outstanding refund. I was promised that my refund would be processed on the 30th June 2026, but today is the 6th of July 2026 and I still have not received the money. I have been given different information by different consultants and have been passed from one person to another without any resolution. One consultant assured me that the funds would be deposited into my account on Thursday 02/07/2026, but to date, no payment has been received. I urgently need my money and request that you process my refund immediately. If there is any reason for the delay, please provide a clear explanation and confirm the exact date that the funds will reflect in my account. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Kind regards, G

Shoutout

A huge shoutout to Itumeleng Motsepe. With her dedication and caring nature, she assisted me through with my application that was starting to get complicated and giving me stress. Out of all the other employees/agents who assisted me, she’s the only who cared and came through for me.

Reset Resolutions technology – Settlement Letter Delay

I’ve been trying to obtain a settlement letter from Reset Solutions but the process has stalled. The company stated that their system is currently experiencing a technical problem and cannot generate or release the letter at this time. Off which I don't believe it's true. A lot of people has been complaining about this since January. One of them even said she had to threaten them and then within 30 minutes she got her settlement letter. A settlement letter is important because it’s the formal confirmation of how much I need to pay for them to close the account . Without it, I can not move on with my life which leaves me in a vulnerable position because other settlement letter from other creditors will expire, while I'm waiting for them. They are not even replying to my emails. I had to call them to hear this story For anyone who is thinking of using their service I would advise to look the other way not reset. They are exhausting shame. I have no interest in dealing with them again. I will definitely ask for help from either OMBUDSMAN OR NCR.

Bad service and ***** company

This company is busy reaping off government employees charging them huge repayments on their consolidation loans. I requested for a settlement letter but it’s a struggle for the to provide it on time. You call endless times they don’t answer or provide the settlement letter, but during application surprisingly they were efficient.this company need to be investigated further it seems as it’s a pyramid scheme.

Run for your life!!

I would give a Zero rating if possible. The worst debt consolidation company. They rush you through the application process and once you’ve given the mandate, you’ll never hear from them again. They breach the terms of the contract and come sending you long emails with fancy English explaining a whole bunch of ******* and not providing solutions for problems created by them. My advice: don’t be fooled by the promises of the cash backs they promise. It’s not worth it. Rather go for other companies like Bayport or any other company. They charge ridiculous interest rates. Imagine having debt of 60k and paying 115k in 48 months. Be careful of these people. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
