Failure to honour invalid booking refund

As a platform for booking with Road Lodge, the response or lack thereof to my refund request is not meeting the standards expected of the IATA industry. For nearly 3 weeks the money deducted fro mg account for a reservation never confirmed has failed to be refunded.
