Not All Adopters Are Created Equally

I response to the negative review given about us...

Hi, I am the founding memeber of RITNB and you dealt with the org while I was away. I have spoken with the lady who handled your case and her feedback was that you were indecisive and changeable. These are very frustrating things for rescue workers to deal with because its often life or death for our dogs. When u "book" an animal we stop networking it and the chances of a miracle outside if you become zero... to then decide u not keen a couple times would make me equally angry. Whole we strive to give our adopters the best experience we can, we do not work for you, we work for the dogs in our care.
