Warning! Stay away from this company

Warning...stay away from this company!! I gave Rescue carpets my expensive Hertex rug to clean and repair and at the time, explained to them that it would stay rolled up until I moved into my new house in a few months time. When I eventually moved into my new house and unrolled it, it was full of stains and had been bleached from a grey to a green colour. They have taken no responsibility for this and have blamed it on the fact that it was rolled up. I am apalled by their service and lack accountability. They are happy to take your money and leave you with a rug that is worthy for the dusbin.
