Inferior tabletop quality

We are sadly disappointed with the inferior quality of the products delivered. We ordered tables after seeing a sample of the tables that the company produces. The tables that were delivered, were nowhere close to the same quality, as the tops got immediate damage from the first drop of water. We reported this, and the owner confirmed he did not see the tables before they were delivered. After numerous further communications, we still only have promises that tabletops will be replaced. Unfortunately, we are still waiting, and not getting any response.
