Intercape horrible service

076 bus I took on the 22 August 2021 coming from P.E to Johannesburg was smelling of urine,this smell was as terrable like a dirty public toilet,the drivers called their manager to change the bust but he said no.....becouse I was rashing to get to work the next morning I had to take the bus....as passengers Intercape treated us worse than animals....I am even wondering if I would get sick from this course the smell was too terrable
