******* service from Tata once again

<p>Generally consumers are cautioned against purchasing Tata vehicles and with good reason, i had 15 of these vehicles at one stage but now we have 7 left as we are in the process of getting rid of them. The after sales service is probably the worst i have seen in the motor vehicle industry. Given teh way they operate, they may as well not be in SA. Parts are difficult to come by, your vehicle stands for days before anyone looks at it. Once the work has been complete you will most likely need to take it back to them for a second repair. They also deliberately keep your vehicle in their yard and the speed at which things get done is very slow..no one can have their car off the road for 4 days, especially when the sisue is small. I am mentioning the dealership above but the service is consistent with most dealerships. Accounts department is also not up to scratch which means further delays with your vehicle..TATA, can you appoint competent people?</p>
