Reptile City, Online pet store

I received the worst service ever from Reptile City online pet store. You place an order pay with your credit card using payfast, then after the payment you don't even receive an email confirming your order and on the website your order still shows as payment pending after it has cleared on your credit card statement. If you phone the lady called Vanessa just tells you that your order will be delivered the next day. If you send them emails you get no response what so ever.

Don't buy from this place, worst service ever and no delivery. I had to contact payfast to reverse the transaction will see if I hear from them.

Absolutely ridiculous.
