COMPLAINT AGAINST ATTERBURY REPLAY

Bought some items from Atterbury Replay inter alia, denim jeans. On the day of the purchase, the sales assistant was very rude towards me telling me how I'm left behind in terms of style, but my understanding is that every individual has his own choice when it comes to clothing. After, a few days I noticed that the jeans doesn't fit me well, I phoned the store, spoke to the very same salesman requesting for the store address in order to courier same, however, like before he was very rude towards me over the phone and ultimately BLOCKED my number. I phoned using a different number, spoke to another guy who introduced himself as a manager, who was as rude as his colleague. In terms of the Consumer Rights, I have a right to return an item I'm not satisfied with and be refunded the money I paid.
