Unhappy Customer

I have purchased sneakers on Replay jeans online store worth R1965, I only received one email for payment confirmation. I never received any other email to track the item and of when can it be delivered . I text them on WhatsApp and email but no response for some reasons I think I was ****med. Replay is a well known brand and I don’t know why they could treat their customers like this. I want the sneakers to be delivered caused cause I love them
