Undelivered Order and Refund refusal

I order a T-Shirt Order #47999 at the Replay website (online shopping) on the 12 July 2023 and it was never delivered. The total amount paid was R1,115.00 including delivery charge. I tried to call them several times but to no avail. Only when I started complaining on their Facebook page they started responding. I was giving this WhatsApp number *** to communicate with them. I was then asked to furnish my Account details for a refund of which I supp**** on the 22 August 2023. I have done follow ups about my refund since that day and they're not responding to my WhatsApp message. Can you please assist in regard.
