Rude and disappointing

So this morning my partner and I went for some shopping at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. We then decide to go to Replay store. As we enter in front of us were 4 young boys who were infront of us. So we sanitize and as we enter one of the assistants named Priscilla adamantly comes up to us as stops us with her arm and says in Xhosa the store is full. Bare in mind there are no signs nor notices on the store windows of how many customers are allowed in the store. So we step back and wait with other customers as well behind us. As my partner and I are chatting Priscilla comes up to us and starts intruding in our conversation. I then explain to her what we were talking about and that we were not gossiping about her. Her colleague who is a guy then asks her if there's a problem. She then walks up to him but we didn't hear what she said. The guy then comes to us as we are now standing at the door and asks if we have a problem to which we say no. He then says move away from my door. I then say to him but nobody told us where we should stand and wait for the people to clear up. He then tries to manhandle me but I moved away. He then rudely says to me, I quote his exact words (with a huge body like yours do you think you can stand by my door way. Can't you see you are blocking my door?!) He then waves his arms as a sign for us to move back. As he said that other customers who were behind us were shocked and turned away. We then decide to walk away from the store and went to Tiger of Sweden where we made a cash purchase of R4000. I was really disappointed in the way the assistants treated us . It's a pity I am unable to attach proof of purchase.
