I have made a purchase for sneakers on the 31 May 2023. The email was sent back to me stating that there are no sizes and I should request a refund or buy other item. I opted for a refund. It's been three weeks now without any response. Who can assist regarding this matter. I have sent all my banking details to the email sent by Replay.
