Replay poor service

Good day I’m not happy with replay.They are treating us like we’re desperate and unfortunately we are not they are not doing us a favour instead its us who does them a favour.I have a huge ceremony this coming weekend on the 29th of July and I bought my sneaker last week it hasn’t been delivered to me I tried calling the shop nobody’s picks up I've been sending emails as well I guess they are being ignored.I’d like to have my money back if I’m not assisted so that I can go where they treat customers with respect and dignity
