Replay online shopping has to be the worst ever!

Never buy from this store online ever! I’ve been waiting for the delivery of my sneakers that I purchased over two weeks ago, when I call the number provided on the website, I’m always told to leave my name and number and someone will get back to me and no one has ever gotten back to me, this is the worst customer service experience ever! These people need to close down their online store once and for all!
