REPLAY IS TRASH TRASH TRASH.

Bought an item online, and selected an option to do a store collection. I called the store to organize a pick up, they tell me the lady who has access to online orders is not in, I'll have to check on Monday. Mind you, I'm not even from Johannesburg. Now I'll have to leave JHB and come back for the items. How ridiculous is that.

A lady instore (Sandton) advised that I should send an email to (Replay Online Shop <***>), and ask them to send my item to Menlyn, Pretoria Store. 11 days later, no one has contacted me or advised on the progress of my order. I purchased on date: Nov 24, 2022, 10:58 AM (11 days ago), and till now I have received no feedback. I sent emails over 4 times already and no one has responded. These guys are just TRASH.
