Poor quality for exchange

I bought a sneaker at Waterfront Replay store for R2800, the quality is so poor and my sneaker is already torn within 6 months. So I contacted the manager called Cliff and he was so rude and unprofessional and made it clear that he won't exchange or refund me, that is ******* and he needs to be educated about the consumer rights. I want to exchange the sneaker.
