Online purchase -

I bought a product online on the 26 November 2022. Yesterday (5 December 2022) I had an email from PayFast informing me that replay have initiated a refund. This was done without any communication explaining the situation.

Now when I look online the same product is still available with a different price.

My confusion comes with the fact that my purchase was cancelled at a discounted price without any explanation
