I bought 2 pairs of sneakers from the store online, I received the payment confirmation and the money was deducted from my account R1886 for both pairs since they both on sale. I was told that the shoes are shipped from overseas they gave me app to monitor and track the courier (17track ) after a month the app told me that my parcel was successfully delivered at my doorstep. I asked who signed off the package i could get any response, i sent out an email complaining i was told that i was going to be refunded 40% of the money that i paid. That was March then i haven't received my refund even today.
