I purchased a Replay Sneaker from your store in Gateway Theatre of Shopping Umhlanga on October 7, 2023. . I returned the sneaker on Monday the 7th of January 2024 because it was ripped/torn. I was informed by the store manager that the Sneaker will be shipped to Johannesburg for evaluation. They will then choose if I should purchase another pair or receive a refund. A week has passed and I have not heard back from the store manager in any capacity. When I attempted to inquire, I received bad service instead of a clear response. I kept on calling them emailing them. I finally got to respond from the guy named Greg. He said to me the sneaker has been repaired and it’s ready for collection at the store .on Tuesday 23rd of January 2024 I went to the store when I go to the store I found the sneaker has been partially repaired with the glue and it’s still gapping and opening on the same torn I was then told by the Store manager that the bosses of the store don’t want me to exchange or refund the sneaker. Therefore, there’s nothing he can do. bellow is the picture of the shoe before and after repair am very unhappy and I need my full refund
