Disgusted and undermined

Replay store in Sandton City left me feeling disgusted of how they treated me and undermined me. Stopped at the shop from work spent R200 on Uner wanting to go buy a sneaker for my son. 1. Walked into the shop browsed around to see the specific sneaker that I had plan to buy for a good 10 minutes stood there with the sneaker no body came to assist. I went on to greet 2 consultants that greeted back and walked pass me one lady came out from the back to herself in the mirror fixing her hair. Walked to this other guy for assistance with the sneaker still in my hand gave me higher price than it was online and didn't even give me chance straight walked away.

Saw the sneaker online for R2800 and he said the sneaker is not on sale it is R3900 and left me hanging. Customers that came right after me where gladly assisted. I've never felt so disrespected and undermined. I will never go into another Replay store I would rather buy online.
